I never supported the Qaddafi regime but I also never agreed with the regime change policy crafted in Paris and London with the complicity of NATO member nations. This so called NTC movement of "lybians rebels" has shown its true face in the extermination of African migrants living in Lybia. The NTC never condemned the killing of innocent black lybians and innocent African migrant workers. We removed a dictator and replaced him with an incompetent regime bent on settling scores with tribal enemies. We all celebrated the fall of Qaddafi but at what cost. Who is going to protect Qaddafi's former loyalists left in the country? Are they going to prosecute the savages who raped black African women and killed innocent black lybians? Let's remember one THING: in Africa, there should be no distinction between blacks, arabs, white or asians. We are all AFRICANS. We need to be proud of our multicultural heritage and become true panafricans.

Luckily more and more people realize that what some call "capitalism without gloves" is not democracy; the self-corrupting machine that is the Washington-based politics is on trial and condemning evidence is clear: http://www.iptv.org/video/detail.cfm/16712/bmsw_2...

What is a more practical question, however, is what is an effective way to control the influence of big money on politics and still maintain a free-market economy and also which countries may be a good model for it? Money-holding conservatives endorse complete removal of the government's overlook of the free-market economy as the only way to accomplish but, more feasibly, a set of checks and balances to assure financial and social justice, that is also preventing the too-big-to-fail syndrome, is a better solution.

I find it amusing that, being a well documented supporter of human right violators himself, Mr. Mountain's still assumes he can be a legitimate voice of the justice for black Africans. Welcome, AR readers, to the PR war in Africa where being guilty by association seems to be a norm.

Obama and every person in his administration connected with ordering the U.S. military to support NATO operations against Libya is a war criminal. Obama isn't capable, and probably never was, of speaking the truth. He says one thing, makes a promise then turns his back and does exactly the opposite. Go to whitehouse.gov, Briefing Room and read some of his "speeches and remarks". While Libya is being bombed, its innocent civilians murdered, tortured, lynched or assassinated Obama is talking about democracy and liberation having finally come to Libya.
And what has Obama done for black Americans - not a damn thing.

Obama is not Black, but that is yet another subject. What more can be said about this homogenized Negro, I cringe every time I seen him on the t.v or here him on the radio. He has betrayed any essence of him which "was" Black to be a token inbred mutant albino (white person). Obama what has he done for you Black people? Answer placed you minds in a state of confusion since you wish not believe that this token who plays him self of as an Black man is a white lackey.

Paul Kagame's words speak volumes: "Many fail to understand that it was precisely a system of pluralistic politics that played a major role in the genocide, as newly formed parties with shared extremist ideology outperformed the former one-party state in mobilising the population to commit mass murder." (Financial Times Aug 19,2010). That man certainly believes he is a savior of sort.

And similar is a general intent of Putin's one-party operation in Russia. The fundamental message of such deliverance, however, is self-condemning: our people are incapable of rational governance so we need to do it for them. A suppression, or elimination of any debate process, and possibe decent, becomes just a tool of "doing good". After all, that is not so different than opposing any national medical coverage debate in the U.S., isn't it?

Is current Rwanda or Russia State evil? History will, as always, be a judge of it. History is also echoing what Adolf Hitler claimed: "...democracy will in practice lead to the destruction of a people's true values. And this also serves to explain how it is that people with a great past from the time when they surrender themselves to the unlimited, democratic rule of the masses slowly lose their former position; for the outstanding achievements of individuals...are now rendered practically ineffective through the oppression of mere numbers."

My personal opinion is similar to Winston Churchill's (not an angel himself): “It has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all the others that have been tried.”

In a mean time, criminalizing opinions remains the evil masquerading as angel of light in the most of our world. And a lot of people will choose actively to protect it because we humans tend to prefer those who share our own opinions even if they are (often unknowingly) wrong.

Hang in, Victoire, you are a hope for all of us...
